I begin this journey as in 9th grade with a "Technical Theater" elective. Under the guidance of a great teacher I learned not only how the "magic" was made, but also how each element was designed to support the story. Four years later I joined the Theater Conservatory Program at Carnegie Mellon University where I graduated with a BFA in Set Design. Since then, I have had the great fortune to being a part of a wide variety of projects in a variety of roles, I have worked in nearly every facet of the entertainment industry. Over the last 20 years I have designed and /or fabricated scenery for Theater Productions, Immersive Museum Exhibits, Rock and Roll tours, Television shows, and Films. The variety of these experiences has broadened my range and skill set, and allows me to apply a unique approach to each new project, design, or story.
